What You’ll Do:
✔ Provide direct ABA therapy to children and young adults
✔ Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
✔ Take session notes & track client progress
✔ Collaborate with parents & team members
Requirements:
✔ RBT Certification
✔ High School Diploma or higher
✔ Passion for working with individuals with autism

Pay Range: Competitive salary based on experience and employment status (part-time or full-time), ranging from $65,000 - $85,000/year
What You’ll Do:
✔ Design individualized treatment plans
✔ Supervise and mentor RBTs
✔ Conduct assessments and behavior plans
✔ Collaborate with families, schools, and support teams
Requirements:
✔ Active BCBA Certification
✔ Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or related field
✔ Strong leadership & communication skills
